
Application forms for In-District transfers and Out-of-District waiver requests are only available online at www.derbyschools.com, April 1 until September 1. Requests will be received, approved and placed on a time-stamped, first come first served basis, according to priority level and space availability. School placement will be determined at the transfer meetings in late July and early August, based on outlined priorities (refer to our web page HERE for the list of priorities).
Please Note: If a transfer or waiver request has been submitted, enrollment of your child cannot be done until placement has been determined. Transportation services will not be provided if a student transfers to another school within our district. Transportation is not provided for any out-of-district transfer students. It is also important to note that each student will be considered on an individual basis, not on a family basis.
