Q. How do I connect to the TV and share my screen?
A. There are a couple of ways to connect to the TV:
1. The primary, supported way to connect is to use the new ClickShare buttons (Instructions)
2. As a backup, you can also use an HDMI cable to connect
3. AirPlay is also available, but will not work with the conference bar

Q. How do I use the video conferencing bar in the conference rooms?
A. Connect to the TV using one of the ClickShare buttons, then follow the instructions on 'Zoom with the Conference Bar'

Q: The ClickShare button doesn't fit in my laptop, what do I do?
A: Use one of the two USB--to--USB-C adapters that are located in the room (perhaps in the cabinet)

Q: Where is the HDMI Cable?
A: An HDMI extension cable should be stored in the cabinet. If it is missing, please contact Technology.

Q: I have another question that I can't find listed here, what do I do?
A: Contact your Technology department for additional assistance.
